  • WHO reports foodborne diseases affects individuals of all ages, and children under 5 years of age and people belonging to the low-income group regions of the world.

The World Health Organization and Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations have collaborated to facilitate World Food Safety Day on June 7 every year.

  • Refrigerate cooked food in closed containers. Be mindful of the day you started to refrigerate them. Just that you might not want to fall ill eating too old food.
  • Store food appropriately in proper containers and in the right temperature.

  1. I completely agree and relate to this article. I am also guilty of ordering take away when not in the mood of cooking my own meal or when guests are here. I got really sick and had food poisoning just 2 months ago and vomiting and diarrhea was so bad. Then I didn’t order anything and cooked my own food for 2 months.
